When I purchased a sofa, end tables and lamps from Bronstiens there were a series of mistakes on the part of the designer and the store, none of which they were willing to admit or apologize for. The sofa I picked out was priced and I put down a deposit on was discontinued when I ordered it, so they had not checked with the manufacturer. When the replacement was delivered it had an obvious flaw, and it took six weeks for correction, and when it was delivered, it was incomplete. It took a third party contractor to fix the problem. The lamps were ordered incorrectly, and was not checked when delivered. I took two trips to a third party to correct that problem. Throughout the process the company was less than agreeable. The designer had a series of excuses to offer, but no remedy. I would not recommend Bronstiens for any purchase
