GigaParts is not a bad company by any means. I have bought from them numerous times and have never been felt "screwed" on a purchase. There have been a few occasions in which one of the employees (whilst attempting a sale) gave me completely incorrect information concerning the product and it's capabilities-if I was not as tech savvy as I am, I imagine that my feelings would be slightly different. I do not attribute these flaws to the store per se, as it is an environment in which a perceived lack of knowledge endangers job security; this being said, the management is nonetheless obligated to ensure customers' satisfaction, and this includes making sure that employees are educated about their (or similarly related) products. Besides some of the employees trying to sell me (knowingly?) items that they knew little to nothing about, my experiences have relatively fair.
