Where to begin because the list goes on and on. First and most important - DO NOT MOVE HERE! no matter how convenient & nice it may seem. Management cannot be trusted! Let me say this again - DON'T TRUST. They say one thing and then state they said another. Scott the manager is fine up until you have a problem, then he becomes what seems annoyed & has attitude unless it's going his way.
If you cannot possible find another place and are forced to live here - THROUGHLY THROUGHLY read & keep the copy of your contract. If you have a lawyer, i HIGHLY SUGGEST you have him read it as well. I was quoted a yr lease, then come to find out that it is actually 13 months because they didn't count the 1/2 month i was there - EVEN THOUGH IT STATED ON MY CONTRACT THAT IT WAS FOR 1 YR - He refused to honor it!!! Which leads me to the $2000 fee that i would have to pay if i wanted to leave on the 12th month. Seriously?!?! If i had the $ to hire a lawyer if MOST DEF would have! Now that i've moved out for over 3 months, i'm told that i have to pay MORE money for the carpet cleaning - which - is not stated on my contract that it would have to be paid upon move out! Not to mention that he said i COULD have had it cleaned - but - SINCE I WASN'T AWARE of this - I - would have to take care of this fee that IS NOT STATED ON THE CONTRACT. I would have done it myself instead of paying their marked up fee!!!! I moved in to this place brand new. Well, first let me state that i had reserved a different apt giving them my deposit first but was told it was given to someone else, so i had to re-choose where i'd like to live - which ended up being the model apt because there was no other 1 bd available at the time. Again - MANAGEMENT CANNOT BE TRUSTED. I have MUCH MORE to say (I've posted on other places as well), but I'm running out of space. So bottom line DON'T MOVE HERE & BE PREPARED TO BE STUCK if you're not smart enough to find some place else. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT!
