I just love the friendly environment in Doug's office! His team is always willing to go the extra mile, either in the office or on the phone, to make sure you have all of your questions answered.
After my accident, I called to speak to one of his office reps. The circumstances were grim, but his office was compassionate and helpful in guiding me in the right direction to expedite the claims process. Thank you Doug and Team!!
