Review content:
I got very good service from the vet in regard to treating my rodent, although I thought the service was somewhat pricey for pocket pets. They ordered two (very small) quantities of medicine for my rodent to take home that were around $20 each. One of them was packaged in a test tube and instructed me to keep it in the dark. They assured me that there was enough medicine to treat my other rodent as well for mites. Because they put a small quantity in the test tube (removing the meds from original packaging), the medicine was absorbed into the rubber cap. When I informed them of the mistake in packaging, they insisted it was my problem and I would have to purchase another $20 in meds.
Pros: the vet was thorough in effort
Cons: wasn't sure how to treat my pet and made some mistakes with medicine
