Review content:
Dr. Ken DeRiemer is an outstanding vet who not only encouraged us not to put our cat Bob to sleep when his pelvis was crushed (but not broken) but said the $1000+ surgery might not be necessary if we tended to Bob for a number of weeks (carried him outside and lifted his tail to potty for example) while he convalesced and let time rehabilitate his back end. His tail had to be amputated but that just gave him more character...Oh, and his name was bob BEFORE the amputation...since then I've been careful when I name my pets)). This was 1996 and bob lived another 10 happy healthy years.
Pros: excellent ongoing care for your pet
Cons: don't always get the same veternarian
