Completely disappointing and a huge waste of time. Called yesterday to inquire about a house for rent, and I specifically asked if anyone has been approved yet (that way, I don't waste my time completing an application & getting a money order for the app fee), & was told ""no, we only have applications in process"". I clarified myself several times, & was given the same answer. So, I completed an application & got a money order for the app fee & went down there this morning to turn it in @ the office, and was told that someone already got it & put their deposit down! So, I was pretty much lied to yesterday afternoon so that they could continue to collect application fees, even though they already approved someone for the house. Liars!
