They get no rating from me. I just had to give them one in order to continue. \r

I just became a tenant and cannot wait until my year is up. They do not return phone calls, they do not return emails. They do NOTHING but sit in the office and watch paint dry. \r

I have followed up on issues with my place for 30+ days and that includes phone calls, emails etc. Patty? Really? You don't answer or return calls? You think people are just going to go away and not follow up? That's how you do business? That's how you represent a company? \r

I sure wish I had read these reviews before I signed a lease. However, the countdown has begun. If I can get a hold of the Owner ... Mr. O'Neil himself? He will get an earful. \r
