Review content:
We took our sad & miserable dog in for skin allergies, we had to wait a few hours to be seen (even with an appointment). After the wait, the dermatologist briefly looked over the dog and said he has a classic case of pollen allergies, they prescribed a peroxide shampoo, conditioner, topical spray, 2 different antihistamines and the end result was, my dog was still completely miserable, his conditioned worsened using all topical products, his skin was peeling off, I was in contact with the staff continuously for a month, each gave a contradictional approach to the next, and unfortunately, this ""supposed vet specialist"" did not have answers, my dog desperately needed, so we talked to other dog owners and were referred to a wonderful local vet that gave our dog the immediate relief he needed, did the skin testing to see what exactly he's allergic to, told us the products we were asked to administer to the dog previously were wrong for his situation. If your dog has skin allergies, do not take them there, it's a waste of your time, money, & most importantly a waste of your dog's health!
Cons: Service!!!!!
