Review content:
If I could take the Fair off, I would. The owner Thomas Hill has lied to me on several occasions. I bought and had them install a home theater system, 119' Screen and projector. The installer had to come back three times to get tools and parts. Put my screen up with I-Bolts, so it is hanging from ceiling and not flush. Also he drilled a hole in my cedar ceiling to install projector and put it too close so the picture was smaller than the screen and tried to pass it off as that is just the way it is. I called Thomas Hill (Owner) to come by and take a look at it to so he could figure out how to fix it. Well, why I was in a store, I got an email from Thomas Hill that he had refunded my money and I need to find another company that could please me. So now I have the owner of Audio Rhythms stealing my property that I had bought, not to mention I had holes all in my cedar ceiling now. I went to his shop and he was the most rude person I have ever had to deal with. He would not sale my stuff back to me. I finally threaten police because I had it on camera with my camera system. He came back to install it but he had to move the projector back which created a large hole where it was. The installer did the best he could to cover it up but it still looks bad. After he left, I called Thomas to tell him that when the door shuts the projector gets off track, it isn't stable and please take the screen and screw it flush to ceiling. We made an appointment for a Friday morning 8:00. He did not show so at 8:45am I texted him to find out when they would be here. He said he was catching up on yesterdays work. I really appreciated a heads up, I'm not just sitting here for nothing. I have to make money also. If I had known, I would have gone to work. To make a long story short, he never came to my house to fix what they were suppose to in the first place and wouldn't respond to any phone call, text or email. I would encourage anyone that needs any audio needs to use a company out of Wimington.
