I was in my work truck on my way to a service call when I lost my steering, and started to loose power in my van. I was able to pull into a parking lot, and as luck would have it I was in front of Peterson Auto and truck. I was greeted outside by a young man named Chris. He opened my hood and saw that my fan belt was busted. He looked at me and said, I'll be right back". He came back with a mechanic, and a belt. They changed it right in the parking lot. I was back on the road in less than 5 minutes. I couldn't believe it.
