Dr. Packard is very nice but Dr. Packard's nurse is very rude. Please be aware when you request for a copy of your records or to gain a second opinion the whole office will know about it and they will refuse you any treatment or to refill any pain meds. I have been under his care and I am forced to go into the Emergency room because they refuse to fill me any pain medicine. My family doctor referred me to a nuerologist a year ago so I have not been in his office since then. They got mad because I seeked a second opinion from another doctor and sent all my records to my family physician and now I am left with going back to my family physician to ask him to help me with pain. When you have major chronic pain that effects your life no one knows what you are going through so please be passionate and respectful to patients because you don't know what they go through on a daily basis. I deserve a second opinion for my health I dont want to treat the symptoms I want to know the cause of the symptoms. I will not be going back to magnolia plaza.
