Dr. Kavanagh is the worst dentist ever. I previously had a bad experience and seeked treatment. He ensured me that he knew how I felt and could help me. He had me pre-pay 7,000 dollars for future treatment that would take several months to complete. I had an oral surgery which would require several set of temporaries. Dr. Kavanagh took over 3 months trying to get them to fit going back and forward with the lab, at one time breaking them out of frustration I had to tell him that I no longer wished to work with him. He did not care and refused to give me my refund. He believes that he deserves the money for his effort. That to me is the same as stealing. If you are a patient of his or thinking of going to his practice please be aware of what kind of person he is and his intentions.
