I called the office after having a horrible labor and delivery with my daughter, i in no way wanted to go back to that doc for my 6 week checkup and the OB/GYN Assoc were more then willing to help me out. I was greeted with understanding and respect. Routine checks were pleasant and Paula was great!! Staff returned calls promptly and i was never made to feel like i was bothering them. When I had my second child the expereience was more then i could have imagined. I have recommended every friend and family memeber and most are patients now. When my life took me to Rochester, i seriously was very upset knowing i would have to choose a new doctor. I've been putting it off and still calling the buffalo office for all my concerns and they have been great. I just couldn't say enough great things!! Thanks to all who are part of that practice!!
