We've really had nothing but problems with this specific Enterprise location. We had a rental nightmare with them when our vehicle was in for repair, and the insurance company arranged for a rental. The insurance company had a conflict with the body repair shop over the delays in repair, and Enterprise took money from our credit card without our permission to cover costs that were being argued between the other businesses. Once Enterprise realized I'd never signed a contract with them, they refunded the illegal charge. I tried to give them another chance about a year later on a rental, but they refused to pick me up before 10:30am, and I needed the car before then. I had to cancel the reservation and scramble to borrow someone's car. This Enterprise location refuses to work ""outside the box"" and they repeatedly refuse to put customer service first. My efforts to reach a regional manager to resolve these issues were also ignored.
