WARNING!!! Jeff Brinster from Progressive Paving & Asphalt is the worst contractor ever, took our money and ran away, left our house destroyed!!!! Jeff Brinster, told us he would finished our job in a week and after a month and after taking 93% of the money, he ran away with our hard earn money and never returned our calls or came back. He left our house with no heat and electrical wires hanging in my basement causing a fire hazard to my family, he kept asking for more money and telling us, he didn’t have money to pay the workers and that we didn’t even have money for gas and he would threatening us to leave and take his workers if we wouldn’t give him more money , when we asked what did he do with all the money we have giving him, he told us he went and spent it in Hawaii, that’s when we decided to called the cops, and he indicated to the cops that he would finished the job, we also called the city to have an inspector check the work to learn that the supporting bin he had one of the workers installed was not done up to code, while working in our house, he got pull over by the cops and my husband had to go and drive his truck because he was driving with a suspended license, he hires day workers with no knowledge of landscaping or paving to work on the job without supervision, he never provided us with his company insurance, after we kept asking him for it which clearly indicates that he doesn’t have insurance, he took our money and left our house completely destroyed, my driveway which is completely sunk in and destroyed, my sidewalk slabs all crack, the side wall of my house filled with cracks and machinery tires marks, the ceiling inside my house full of holes, the sliding door that he installed was wrong and we had to redo it, the Steps, the cement outside the door that already came off! Destroyed our front lawn, and the list keeps on going, He is the most unprofessional and dishonest contractor and person I have ever met in my life!
