When I scheduled my appointment, I was fearing the worst for my Kitty. I knew that something was very wrong. She was loosing weight, not eating well and spending more time sleeping than ever before. The receptionist who answered my call, Bethany, convinced me not to wait and got me in the same day. As I entered the office, I felt that this was a different veterinary hospital. The waiting room is small and quaint. There were several clients all chit chatting and having a lively conversation. I have always been used to quiet and sterile hospitals. The technicians were all darting back and forth between the exam rooms, but also joining in the conversation. Everyone was laughing along even though their own cats were either sick, having tests or something else. \r \r Once in the exam room, Dr Pla did a full exam.
