Review content:
The one good thing about Jiffy Lube is you know what to expect, for the most part. You're getting an oil change and - barring any of the add ons they sometimes try to convince you to buy - you know what you're going to pay for it. But because Jiffy Lube is supposed to be quick and convenient, you expect to pay about $10 - $15 more than you would for an oil change anywhere else. And while you get your basic oil change here, the service could be faster. You might be left waiting for an hour while employees work on your car. If it's one of those busy Saturdays where you're trying to knock out a laundry list of errands, this can be irritating. Try another Jiffy Lube, or take the time to make an appointment at your service station, if waiting is a problem for you. Otherwise, the service is pretty basic. The waiting room offers cd's and coffee (though I'd stay away from the coffee...it usually looks as if it's been sitting for days), but could be a little more pleasant looking.
