So a few friends and I were up on Capitol Hill on a rainy Monday night. After refusing to pay a cover at a dead bar (shall remain nameless), I asked our little band to trust me....That we would soon happen upon an unexpected surprise. Not ten minutes went by before we were sitting in the posh surroundings of the Capitol Club. Cool, cushy, classy. The club turned an otherwise mundane Monday into a memorable night out. The Hogarten reminded me of London...
