I dined at the Capitol Club on Tuesday night, and was delighted to discover that all of their wine was half price that night. So, my friends and I decided on two bottles of Alexis Swanson, and the server helped us to select food to complement it. We started with a huge plate of mussels, which was the best I've ever tasted! The mussles came swimming in a zesty tomato harissa sauce.....It was so good that I was tempted to take the couple of remaining tablespoons of sauce home. I've always loved the food at the Capitol Club, and it just keeps getting better! We're certainly coming back next Tuesday night.
Pros: delicious food, great wines, good value
