I have never been to another plasma center but biolofe has a very clean environment. Staff is always friendly except one girl bit there's always a bad egg everyware. An she's not rude she just dosent talk to you or smile at you. I think it's because she dosent like her job I don't think it's a personal issue. Anyway. I am very impressed with this place. Wait time is minimal. You can make an appt 5 Minutes before. My first visit took 2 hours because I needed a physical and that had to make sure my blood was good. Now it takes only an hour. Sometimes of they turn the machine up or you pump harder it takes 30. But very few employes turn re machine up. Byron and Lary are great and can get your vein every time. I have had to get stuck two times in a row twice but that's was it. The only thing is pay. Buoy get 20 for your first visit in the week and 30 for your second. I donate because I need the extra money to put food on my table and because my mom gets plasma injections once a week. Her medicine is 4,000 a month for four little 2 inch Vials. Now compare the four little vials to the HuGe bag they take from me and that pay me pennies. Wish they would pay a little more.
