If you're like me, going to the dentist is not on your list of most fun activities. Dr. Maggiulli is great for people like us. He's warm, friendly, funny and truly works to put his patients at ease. He's also competent and explains everything he's doing, in depth. He also tells you just like it is, when it comes to your teeth, and also gives you the straight dope about cost and what financial help you can expect from your insurance company. No joke -- I feel lucky that I've found Dr. Maggiulli. He also is active in the local dental community, so if you need a referral to a specialist, he's in touch with the best -- at least, that's been my experience. For instance, when I was considering braces, he suggested a number of people he knew, including the orthodontist who did Chelsea Clinton's teeth. His office is also convenient, just catty corner from a Red Line metro station. If you need a dentist, go see him.
