BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! The owner Vicki is extremely rude and unprofessional. She is the one with the license but she is not the one who prepares the taxes. She has her husband Walt do them and he is not a licensed accountant. My tax refund was completely messed up this year all thanks to their neglectful ways and inability to read. After contacting them for an amendment, I was told to bring it in. They held onto it for a month because her husband was in the hospital and the owner, who is actually the one with the license, was unable to fix it. I contacted the owner to have my paperwork returned and I was told no, hung up on multiple times, then ignored every time I tried to call. Stay away from this company as they are completely
