Toney's Carpet was very outstanding! We could not have been any happier. When you call in, and nobody is available to take you call, they call you back within minutes. The owner came over himself and looked at everything to give us an estimate. He was very conscientious about everything. We already had had some hardwood flooring put down, and we were going to have transfer areas in three of the rooms. The owner came down and saw what we had and found another option for us. He called us back and said he would like to bring it by, put a section down, and see if we liked it better. They are about 30-40 minutes away from us, yet he came down and did that for us. We liked it better, and have been very pleased with it.
The owner of Toney's Carpet did his job, and had everything so well organized that we chose to have lots of additional work done. In the end, we had the floors done, had granite put in the kitchen, installed a new sink, and added hardwood floors to the living room, dining room, and kitchen. After they got started, we also added on the laundry room. He had the plumber and everybody so well organized that by the time the old kitchen sink was out, the other was ready to come in.
My wife and I are both retired, so we were able to see all the work while they did it. They were so conscientious about what they were doing. They were so careful when moving our furniture, which is not important to a lot of people. It was very important to us, and Toney's Carpet took good care of it. They are just a wonderful company, and I would recommend them to anybody.
We have had a lot of different things done by different companies. We had gotten an estimate before we stopped and met Toney. He came down very quickly and gave us an estimate, and we could not have been any happier. The cost, workmanship, and attitude of everyone who came to work was outstanding.
I only had one little thing. I called Toney's Carpet about a piece of tile on the back-splash. The problem didn't show up until after they were done. I hated to tell them after they worked so hard, but it didn't look right. They came and replaced it, and before I know it came down and they put it up exactly the way we wanted. It wasn't their fault, just the way the piece was created. My wife and I were both thinking about having other work done, and we would certainly want Toney's Carpet to do it.
