I was frustrated with my new oven because its not even a year old and already Im having issues with it. SO FRUSTRATING!@!!!! When I called they explained step by step what to expect under the warranty. I didn't feel rushed and they took their time explaining everything about how the warranty works with new applainces. At least they explained more than the place I bought it from, brand new piece of junk. Anyway thanks Able & Ready for your honesty. By the way I spoke to someone different all the time and I didn't have to keep explaining my story over and over again, they had it all the information in front of them every time I called, so that was a relief, not to keep repeating my story. Thanks for being on the ball.
