Took car in for XPRESS oil change and free car wash. Car got washed and sat for 40 minutes until I REMINDED them to change the oil. I was told it was done and went out to find it still up on ramps in the bay... I was there for a total fo 1 hour and 40 minutes. It was hot and now so is my temper! The was job was only so/so, so fresh scent, still dust on dash and a napkin on door handle that wasn't there when I started...
