I've used Parrish Services twice now, both times with the same technician, Andrew. 1st time was back in January when my heater went out (oil). It was a Saturday night, and two other companies I called didn't even have an employee available that knew oil furnaces. Parrish had someone here within the hour. He was able to diagnose the problem and get it (almost) fixed quickly. However, the system needed 1 broken piece to be replaced in order to start working again, which he didn't have, and seeing as it was the weekend, said he couldn't get until Monday. But sure enough, first thing Monday he arrived with the part and installed it, getting my heater back up and running again. He was so professional and nice, even bringing treats for my dogs and being very aware of not tracking dirt in on his shoes. Second time I brought him back to install an air purifier for our home, which was done within an hour as well. Very prompt and professional service, I'll definitely use them again!\r
