Bad customer service. Work was not good. ""Technician"" who power washed my swing set left my water on full blast. Left a swampy mess in my back yard. I called and spoke to Cindy in customer service and she treated me as if I was making the whole thing up! \r

In addition to this, my swing set was powerwashed a week ago and should have been finished by now. cindy said they had to wait until its warm enough-mind you, it was 80 yesterday and 80 today. I called a few days ago to find out when they were coming - no answer, weird, I called during business hours. I would tell anyone who is considering using them to find another company. This has been one big frustrating experience.
