DON'T USE TO THE NTH DEGREE!!! They skipped our dumpster two weeks in a row - I called BOTH times and told our ""account rep"". They kept failing to credit us so I withheld payment until they did. They cut off ALL service - then when I called, they PROMISED to pick up the following day. That was 3 days ago. I just called AGAIN and the gal was SO RUDE to me. She wouldn't listen - and when I demanded that she stop talking and hear me, I got the ""Excuuuuse meeeee!"" Somehow the trash business has become all about the ninnies who answer the phone - none of whom has enough of a brain to handle a minimum wage job.
