After renting from Mangold sorry should be call MANWORST, for a year I wished I had known about their reputation. YOU PAY FOR PAINT and it doesn’t matter if the walls are duration or clean, they will find any spot or mark. And you pay their will charge you also carpet clean, walls and 20 other items! Beware do not rent from Monterey Mangold! They kept the full security deposit and will charge whatever is possible also can hurt your credit! NOBODY HAS EVER GOTTEN THEIR FULL DEPOSIT BACK FROM MANGOLD. Even complete clean freaks, they get charged for a tiny amount of dust on the window blinds or sills. Dude DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DONT RENT FROM MANGOLD that call MANWORST property.
