Once we got into the install, it became apparent one of the companies they used had changed part of the functionality, and the product wasn't going to be able to do exactly what they told us at first. They worked with us to find another option and worked with us on pricing so that we would be satisfied. There were a few technical issues with lighting and a few other things, and they worked very diligently to get things working right.
I have been very pleased with audio and home control functionality. Howard, Tim, Mike, and all their staff we dealt with were very professional, very courteous. They answered our questions and offered suggestions. We were very pleased with the service.
