Dirty! They used unsanitary drimmel equipment/ files/ clippers. (Thats how fungus is spread) I brought in a picture and the manicurist did something nothing like it. My nails weren't filed properly nor drimmeled on top so they were very thick. I had to get into a debate with the owner for her to somewhat fix them. The owner and manicurist kept telling me my nails looked just like the picture. I may not be a nail tech but I have gotten my nails done enough to know what they need to do, and my eyes work well enough to see that my nails looked NOTHING like the picture. I even told the owner just to take them off so I could leave she told me I would still have to pay 40.00. I told her she needs to fix them as best she could, and she did but she couldn't fix the crappy job the man that began my nails did. Never will I go back!
