Problem solved for under $100\r
\r
This company did what needed to be done for a reasonable fee without up-selling or trying o sell a monthly program (ad infinitum). Phone contact was friendly and professional, a same morning visit was scheduled and showed up within the period predicted. The problem was a rat in the kitchen. Brandon checked out the situation, discussed it with me, agreed on a trapping strategy that was safe for the cats and got to work. He was generous with information, and with traps. He also checked the attic for me. I was expecting the worst, but he said that the signs that had had me panicked looked old and our problem was probably just one invited guest in the kitchen.\r
\r
Half an hour after he left, one of the heavy duty traps he left went off, killing a small creature as humanely as was possible (sorry, little creature, but it was you or us...). Brandon knew his stuff. He never suggested using bait or poison (or I would have disengaged immediately), and he never pushed for a monthly contract. Instead, he showed up with the right gear, and solved the problem before it got out of hand. This for a fee that was under a hundred, including tax.
