I needed a company to clean and reseal my Saltillo tile floor prior to my daughters wedding; I found Stone & Grout Meister via google, the company had good reviews and their online information was very complete and detailed about what they could do to restore the original luster of the Saltillo. I had unfortunately procrastinated setting up the appointment and it appeared with the backlog of work that we would not be able to have the work complete before our out of town guests arrived. Joe proposed working a full weekend to complete the Saltillo cleaning and sealing in time for the wedding schedule; we agreed and he did an excellent job, going much further than an extra mile to help a customer. The floor now looks great and is once again the centerpiece of our southwestern style home. Joe's work ethic is outstanding - you do not commonly find this kind of dedication anymore. He also helped us by educating us on the best cleaners and floor treatment techniques to use on our Saltillo tile. I would recommend his service without any reservation - you will be glad you hire this company if you have tile or stone surfaces that need refreshing. Our floors truly look better then they did when we built the house 14 years ago. We will be lifetime customers.
