Review content:
NEVER NEVER NEVER go here. I'm not an unreasonable person, and I understand how hard it is to have exceptional customer service every time. However, this is unprofessional, and unacceptable. Ballard Camera has poor printing, and poor policy. I recently turned in 3 rolls of film to be developed, and when I received my prints I noticed lines and scratches. I checked the negatives and they were ruined as well. I returned my prints, and they said they would reprint them, but assured me it was more than likely the fault of my own camera, and not their printing. I got the new prints back and I had even MORE scratches and lines. I complained, and asked that my money ($60) be returned because my photos were now ruined. They told me that was impossible, and that they have a zero return policy. If you enjoy paying money for ruined film, enjoy Ballard Camera Cons: Terrible staff, and awful processing.
