Got ripped off and made afraid!!!\r

Went there for squeaky brakes. Told Donnie the owner I was afraid of getting parts I don't need and being overcharged. He said he would only replace what was needed and nothing more (see below). He also said the repair would only take an hour or less. 4 hours later my car came down off the rack and the price was over $300. He said I needed a part within my brakes and even though I didn't need pads, they changed them anyway ($140 more). Disgusted and tired of being there all day watching his tattooed skin head slow workers work like slugs, I drove out and the brake pedal went all the way to the floor! I had to go back. Donnie seemed highly annoyed (at me!!!) and said it was supposed to go to the floor when I step on the brakes. I said, ""No sir, it was tight and at the top of the pedal movement range."" Another 45 minutes later after slug watching I left again and unbelievable the pedal went to the floor. I went back (humble and nice lady that I am) and he was ANGRY AT ME. He slammed a door and threw a clipboard. 45 minutes later he left in my car and came back saying, ""I locked it down and left a big black mark so your brakes work fine. Sorry about all your stuff that fell into the floor."" Excuse me, but anti-lock brakes don't leave a black mark. I went looking for one but there was no black mark in the 4 miles I went. He lied. He took my money for things I didn't need. I felt afraid when he threw an angry tantrum. Stay away from him. Mr. Tire is just around the corner. Hiram Auto is just over the RR tracks. Don't be deceived by the image he tries to portray.
