I joined Citysearch - just to let people know they should be very careful if considering this company. My 19 year old daughters car was towed here, Her grandmother brought her to pick it up - They were rude, disrespectful, and charged her an extra $40 - because she needed to go around the corner to an ATM to pay with cash as they demanded. My poor mother was shaking when they returned, she was visibly upset by her experience. I'm disgusted!! As a small business owner myself I'm recommending the management at 1st Priority do a little research on customer service and maybe check out the Golden Rule!
