I would leave Agazzi a negative score if I could. I dealt with Jonathan a few years back and he was a decent guy helping out at the time, but when the time came for updates to be made to our pool and equipment, we contacted him to do work for us but he was not the same person I dealt with in the past. A job that I was told to take 4-5 days is still not done after 4 weeks. I wish I would have read these reviews earlier so I could have stayed FAR AWAY! He is also now trying to do business under Jonathan Logan Services for what it's worth.\r \r I quickly learned that he is going through a divorce, and having money and legal problems, all of which customers should not know of, I don't think. He lets these personal problems affect his customers and work. He is ALWAYS asking for more and more $$ and wants cash if possible which is NUTS! He has a quick temper and talks over you when discussing anything by phone or in person. He is VERY unprofessional and off color with responses and conversations.\r During a time which he was supposed to be doing work for us, over 4 weeks, he was maybe at our house 4 days of it and not full days. Far from ideal when your pool has been drained in order to complete the work. UGH!!!\r \r The problems from over these days add up in a hurry. We had some rocks in our yard to contend with to move equipment and when he rented a tractor to help dig them out, he did not give the utilities the required 48 hrs to mark like he told me. That being said, he cut the AT&T line and the main power feed to our house and ripped the cable out from the back of the meter. After 4-5 hours with countless Austin Energy people to get it fixed and re-run the line, he tells me various parts are going to be more than quoted even though he showed me the cost of materials a few days earlier. Of course this request came with a payment request. When I said no more cash until the job was completed, he lost it. When he realized he had to actually do some work to get the remainder of the money, he decided to steal the pool pump I paid him for out of my back yard and tell me he would finish the job when he was paid in full. This is CRAZY. Who pays people 100% for a job not even 1/2 way done?\r \r This led to several not so fun conversations where he requested payment and tried to talk to us and when I talked to Austin Energy about the pump in question and how I paid for it, but he refused to show me the pump and sign the rebate form. The Austin Energy rep called him which led to another blowup while he was at my house and he proceeded to walk off the job, plowing into me while walking out. He also did damage to my fence and nearly backed over me when leaving. At that point I was still missing my pump and had paid out a large portion of the deal, well over the equipment cost and most of labor. I called the police to make a report, and we'll see where it goes from here, but needless to say he is NEVER allowed on our property again!\r \r I am so disappointed that people like this are allowed to run around stealing from people. I realize people have problems from time to time, who doesn't, but when it starts to affect others and your business, perhaps it's time to seek help for those problems.
