Review content:
They accepted my rug and quoted me a price. Kept the rug for over one month. Then called me and asked me to pick up the rug with the stain now set in the rug. They said it was too much work for the price they quoted and wanted me to take it somewhere else. I asked to speak to the owner, but the owner would not speak with me. ""Barry"" had the girl at the desk relay the message. Very unprofessional and terribly bad service. Won't use them again.
