i had an appointment for a botox treatment a week in advance. when i arrived (on time and after a confirmation phone call) the nruse informed me she could not fulfill my appointment, but that she would be happy to give me a free consultation.\r

additionally, she was covered in a bizarre rash that she continually scratched at without gloves on. \r

i left extremely annoyed, having driven across town on a saturday afternoon. all was not lost however as I found a $20 on the ground in the parking lot.
Pros: convenient location
Cons: poor customer service, unforgiveably poor.
