Review content:
I went to Smart Style back in April to get a perm. The stylist that did my perm was rude and chopped my hair up pretty bad. She smoked about 5 (or more) ciggerattes while waiting on me, was very rude the whole time (acted like she didn't want to fix my hair, when she was the one that voluntered to do it.) and not paying attention to what she was doing. I think she was more concerned about getting out of there at 8p.m. She rushed through my hair the whole time and even worse: while she was setting the chemicals in my hair she made the comment ""Now I know why the last perm didn't turn out, I didn't put such and such in it."" (I don't remember what the chemical was.) At that point I wanted to get up and walk out but she had already set chemicals in my hair. When she cut my hair she cut it in layers; there was too much of a gap in length in between the layers. Bad experience; will not be going back, I give them 2 thumbs down. What happened to customer service?
