Our AC unit wasn't working properly and so we called Sturm. They seemed to be the cheapest around,or so we thought. They came out and looked at the unit and said they couldn't find anything wrong. We paid the 69.00 plus tax service call and thought that should be it. That same night the whole thing stopped working. When we called them back to get a price on the part it seemed very expensive so we called around. They were changing 2 times what everyone else in town was charging. In my opinion go with a different company from the start. In the end you'll save money and get better service.
