Review content:
Yes, we were trying to buy a car on New Years Eve. Yes, it was packed. But we had two small children with us, and rather than saying ""There is a 3 hr wait for the financing guys to get to you, why don't we call you and have you come back when we're ready for you"" or even, ""Hey, there's a playroom for the kids to burn off steam while you wait"" they made us sit in the tiny cramped office with two tired, bored, hungry children for FIVE hours. WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. My husband was so infuriated at the end when he found out that A) They had a kids playroom we weren't told about and B) We could have left and come back when they finished the paperwork that he refused to sign and we left. The next day we purchased two new vehicles elsewhere, and got angry all over again. Angry because at West Side Honda we were told that my credit score was under 700, while my husbands wasn't, making it necessary to finance only in his name. At Twin City Nissan, my score was miraculously back above 700 where it should have been, and there were no issues financing in both our names!!! So, I would like to know....whose CBR did you pull, because it wasn't mine!!!
