Review content:
Went there for the $19.95 oil change and tire rotation. I instructed them on which tires I wanted in the front. He wrote it on the work order. They then informed me that I needed 5w-20 weight oil in my truck (for an extra $8) instead of 10w-30, to which I told them to double check that cause I didn't think so.\r I watched the tech work on my truck thru the window of the waiting room. I witnessed him adding stock oil instead of special weight oil, and never saw him rotate the tires.\r When I went to pay, the counter person said the tech rotated the tires as instructed and he tried to charge me $8 extra for special oil, as the tech had stated on the work receipt. I confronted him about me seeing him put stock oil in my truck and he took that charge off. When I checked my tires, sure enough, they weren't rotated even though the tech stated that he had done as I instructed. I made them correct that 'error' and left. Never, ever to return. Cons: They lie about work performed
