Review content:
I haven't been there in over a year so it's possible things have changed but I was generally displeased with this practice for a number of reasons. Some of the staff is friendly but I also got rude treatment on more than one occasion (one tech brusquely informed me that handling my crying but non-aggressive dog was ""really stressful."") I did give them two stars because they once saved his life. However, without going into specifics, the next vet I went to questioned the advice and treatment regimen they were providing (my dog is epileptic.) As his condition has improved dramatically since I switched and I've learned a lot since then, I'm unfortunately inclined to agree.
As they didn't keep his meds in stock despite having other epileptic animals, I had to always call to reorder and since they only ordered on Mondays (which seems bizarre for a practice with several vets), I had to call sometimes two weeks in advance. The final straw for me was when I was spoken to rudely by one of the vets. They do have several vets and extended hours so if you have an animal without any medical conditions and only need to go once or twice a year, then I think maybe you'd be fine here if those are your primary criteria.
pros: multiple vets, extended hours, will price match online prices for flea meds, will see exotic animals
cons: staff can be rude, you really need to be on top of your animal's treatment and ordering of any medications, all things considered I would not take any animals I might have there in the future
