Review content:
This is the best camera shop I have ever found! I have a small digital camera that I love. When the shutter started sticking, I visited several shops and also called the camera maker. No one was hopeful, suggesting it be sent back to the manufacturer to look at--at a cost of more than I paid for the camera--or that I just find a new camera. I stopped in the Shutterbug on Broadway in Portland on the off chance they would look at it. Not only did they look at it, they fixed it in 10 minutes and refused to charge me. I left smiling and when I upgrade my other equipment, I am coming back to this store to give them my business. While waiting for help and the repair, I listened to the gentlemen working with other customers. They were LISTENING to the custormers and meeting customer needs, not trying to sell them some expensive piece the customer didn't want or need. It was obvious that these guys really know their equipment. Thanks guys! Can't say enough good things. I will be back!\r
