I purchased a pre owned unit on 4/6/13 and called and asked them to look at and replace parts and they said no. The dealer is not to fix the car out of there pocket it is the customer responsibility. I hit the breaks and my front end just shakes. I even called he warrenty place and they said it was the rotors and sine the car has not been off the lot more than 30 days Wood River Nissan should correct it. Spoke back to Dan at Wood River Nissan he said all they could do is look at It, but i would be resposible for repairs. I would not recommend any one to the this dealership. \r \r The reason i went back to them to get another unit. I purchased a 08 Altima in 2010 and tried to trade in this unit in 2012 and was told from another Nissan dealership that the unit was in a accident and that was not disclosed to me at that time of sales. It was a fleet car purchased out of Florida they repaired it and finance it through Regional Acceptance Finace Corporation. I called them and they said the dealer could sel it cause it had less than 16% damage done to it. Never get a car finaced through them either.\r \r Wood River Nissan give a good speech on how they will take care of you and then bail. I guess since i'm a disabled veteran this is the service they give to us. As long as money is in there pocket it does not matter. I RATE THEM ZERO
