Review content:
This is my first time responding to the USA Medical Center. My brother has currently been admitted to the hospital due to a skateboarding accident in Mississippi. He has a broken arm, leg, pelvis, and jaw. He will have to be in a wheel chair for at least a year while learning how to become mobile and talk again. He will also need some dental work, but today is the day of his surgery and the doctors in Alabama seem to be very keen on keeping the patients family members informed very well. They have assured my mother that my brother will be alright and in due time they will be able to air lift him back to North Carolina. Thank you USA Medical Center doctors and nurses for taking care of my family... esp. my brother who is critical condition.
Pros: Definitely a thumbs up because their staff works together to attend the patients.
Cons: I'd give a thumbs down to some of the nurses who answer the phones because they can be very rude.
