We never had used a online broker before for our financing needs so in the beginning we were a little bit hestitant about using a company we only 'know' from the Internet for helping us to refinance our existing mortgage.
However, to sum it up: The refinancing of our existing mortgage went amazingly smoothly with the help of Mike Owens and Kimberly Chamberlain from Horizon Financial inc. They were absolutely professional, always on top of everything, and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Any issues were solved within the shortest time possible. It was a real pleasure working with them.
We would definitely use them again and are recommending this company to all of our friends.
