Mike Owens was an outstanding mortgage planner to work with. He returned all my calls and emails promptly and patiently and provided me with all the information I needed/requested without ever being pushy. He was knowledgable about competing rates and packages and was able to provide me with a very competitive offer. He estimated my out-of-pocket closing costs and honored that verbal estimate (by making up the difference) when my actual closing costs were significantly higher. Mike was completely honest and professional throughout our transaction. I recommended Mike to a friend who ultimately also used him to re-finance his primary residence. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike again in the future.
